Internship Scope
This internship opportunity is open to second year or final year students studying in the area of Human Resources at Adelaide University or Flinders University.
The expected learning outcome from this opportunity is to develop a clear and concise probation review process, including Manager Toolkit enabling all stakeholders to understand their responsibility in the process.
Anticipated tasks include:
- Review current probation process, key stakeholders and enablers
- Benchmark against industry best practice
- Identify gaps in the process and opportunities for improvement
Internship Duration:
- Up to 8 weeks with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time depending on study commitments.
Student Eligibility:
Successful applicants must be:
- Australian citizens only, residing in South Australia
- Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate discipline in Adelaide University or Flinders University
- Eligible to undertake a credit-bearing internship course for this internship experience
