Sales & Marketing Intern

The Role

This position is a great opportunity to learn from and work alongside our team at STARKE-AMG. There will be a good opportunity to think independently and get creative as well as work collaboratively with our team across multiple divisions. This role will get mentorship and real-world experience in manufacturing within the Defence Sector.

This role is perfect for someone who:

– Is a current student in a marketing, communications and/or business-related field

– Has hands-on experience in social and content marketing

– Is skilled in graphic design and video editing tools

– Has great communication skills and is comfortable collaborating across teams and engaging with a diverse range of people

– Has the ability to undertake a broad scope of tasks and prioritise these

– Values a collaborative work environment but can equally work independently when needed

– A creative and quick thinker with the ability for problem-solving

– Strong written communication skills

Placement activities may include exposure to:

– Developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects across multiple channels (email, social media, website, etc.)

– Conducting market research to gather insights about target audiences, competitors, and industry trends

– Staying ahead of digital marketing trends, applying innovative approaches to campaigns and content

– Customer communications to support retention and growth

– Graphic design for social media and online advertising

– Managing and monitoring social media advertising

– Attending meetings with customers

– Developing promotional materials, presentations, and collateral to support sales and business development efforts
