Supashock Internship – Automotive Product

This internship opportunity will involve joining Supashock’s Automotive team to test, validate and improve Supashock’s Active Suspension system. Students will become integral to the Automotive engineering team, contributing directly to testing activities for their Automotive OEM suspension systems.

During the internship, you will undergo extensive mentoring in product development exposing you to Design, product testing and manufacturing processes.  You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience while working on Supashock’s active suspension system for an Autonomous Electric vehicle.

Internship activities may include contributing to and learning:

–       Designing Components, Jigs and Fixtures for prototype validation

–       Performing component testing in accredited test facilities

–       Writing or executing test scripts, procedures and or reports

–       Manufacturing, and/or building prototype components for validation activities

–       Trouble shooting and solving complex problems to improve prototype systems

–       Creating innovative design solutions to improve products and systems.

Role Requirements

• Students in electrical or electronic engineering
• Students in mechanical engineering

Location: Holden Hill

Duration and timing: 450 hours available full-time or part-time. Part-time students are requested to work consecutive days. Start and end dates are negotiable.
