
Supashock Advanced Technologies
This internship opportunity will involve joining Supashock’s Mechatronics team to test, validate and improve Supashock’s innovative Mechatronic and robotic systems. You will become integral to the Electronics Engineering team, contributing directly to testing activities for their Active Suspension systems.
During the internship, you will undergo extensive mentoring in product development exposing you to design, product testing and manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience while working on Supashock’s Active suspension system for an Autonomous Electric and military vehicle.
Internship activities may include contributing to and learning:
– Designing Integrated controllers & Data logger to facilitate automated testing
– Writing your own test scripts to automate system testing functionality
– Performing component testing in accredited test facilities
– Writing or executing test procedures and or reports
– Designing and/or building prototype hardware for validation activities
– Trouble shooting and solving complex problems to improve prototype systems
– Creating innovative design solutions to improve products and systems.
Role Requirements
- Students in mechatronics or robotics engineering
Location: Holden Hill
Duration and timing: 450 hours available full-time or part-time. Part-time students are requested to work consecutive days. Start and end dates are negotiable.
